Papallo Group Pty Ltd t/as Papallo Kitchens Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
This referral promotion (“Offer”) is provided by Papallo Group Pty Ltd trading as Papallo Kitchens (“Company”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Offer Eligibility

  • This Offer is open to Australian residents who are past clients of Papallo Kitchens.
  • Employees of Papallo Group, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Offer Period

  • The Offer is valid until Papallo Group Pty Ltd decides to end it at our own discretion.

4. How to Participate

  • Participants must be past or existing clients of Papallo Kitchens.
  • Referred clients must spend a minimum of $5000.00 with Papallo Kitchens in a single project/job.
  • Referred clients must mention they have been referred by a past or existing client and provide relevant details for verification.

5. Offer Details

  • The Offer rewards past or existing clients with a gift valued at $250.00.
  • This reward can be redeemed as an Amazon gift card or a direct bank transfer to the client’s nominated account.
  • Alternatively, clients can use the $250.00 as a credit towards any future project with Papallo Kitchens.
  • This Offer can only be redeemed once per referred client.

6. Limitations

  • The Offer is non-transferable.
  • Existing or past clients cannot refer other past or existing clients; all referrals must be new clients who have not previously made a purchase with Papallo Kitchens.
  • The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
  • The Offer begins from 13th June 2024; only referrals made on or after this date are eligible for this promotion.

7. General Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or attempts to abuse the Offer.
  • The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final and binding.
  • The Company can revise these terms at any time without notice.

8. Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions that may affect participation or redemption of the Offer.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the Offer.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
